SONA RESOURCES CORP. Sona Resources Corp. Announces Completion of Name Change and Share Consolidation VANCOUVER, January 27, 2010 – Sona Resources Corp. (the “Company”; TSXV – SYS) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from “J-Pacific Gold Inc.” to “Sona Resources Corp.”. The trading symbol for the Company has been changed to “SYS” effective as of the opening of the market today. In connection with this change of name, the Company also announces that it has consolidated its share capital on a five old shares for one new share basis. Following the share consolidation, the Company has 15,111,342 common shares outstanding.
